The 2024-25 yearbook can now be purchased for pre-order. Key info:
- presale price $50.
- Presale ends Monday, January 27
- Tentative distribution day for presold books is Wednesday, May 14 during advisement
- Limited quantities for sale beginning Friday, May 16 at 8:30 am for $55 in the bookstore. No online orders allowed.

Open Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year opens November 1! Open enrollment is for students who wish to attend a MUSD school where they do not live within the school’s attendance boundaries.
Friday: Show us that Drugs are Deadly by wearing either black or apparel commemorating Día de los Muertos
Thursday: Scare Away Drugs by wearing your Halloween Costume (no blood, weapons, or masks)
This week, our MMS campus will be participating in Red Ribbon Week. We will have a special spirit day each day of the week and will highlight and discuss key information on our morning announcements.
There will be a parent meeting for parents whose children are going on the Catalina Island trip in February. The meeting is tonight (October 29) from 7-8 pm. Due to renovations happening in the auditorium, our meeting will take place in the MMS Library.
Last week, 44 of our Falcon students attended the Southern Arizona Construction Career Day.
Join us for our November 16th Marana Middle Market (A Local Craft & Vendor Fair). The market will take place from 4-7 pm. We will have:
- a variety of local artisans and vendors
- food trucks
- indoor and outdoor setup
- bring a non-perishable food item to enter our raffle!

Home of the Falcons, Marana Middle offers comprehensive academics, gifted and special education, computer science classes, and a full range of fine arts and athletic programs.
MMS establishes clear expectations for the behavior expected in all classrooms and areas of school. Students are explicitly taught these expectations, and we apply positive reinforcement and consistent consequences
Explore the world of acting through different techniques. Topics to include but not limited to: monologue, duet scene, improvisation, movement, stage make-up, Shakespeare etc.
We believe that participation in fine arts and clubs is an essential part of a well-rounded educational experience and an important component in inspiring child creativity and growth.
Marana Middle School is known for our exceptional performing arts program and our athletic offerings, which draw hundreds of students each athletic season.
