It is now time to sign up for our 2nd quarter CCLC classes. Registration will open on Saturday, October 5 at 8 am and will close on Monday, October 21 at noon.
Registration is now available for the April 24-26 trip to California. Students will tour the LA Holocaust Museum, the USS Iowa, and spend a day at Knott's Berry Farm!
Every year, a group of 7th grade students and teacher chaperones go to Catalina Island Marine Institute's Toyon Bay campus for a week of science. Students leave Sunday night via charter bus to the piers of Long Beach where they take a charter boat to Catalina Island. Students live on the island for the week while they immerse themselves in the world of oceanography.
Tutoring is offered after-school Monday - Thursday from 3:45 - 5:30. Students staying for tutoring will remain in the tutoring room for the duration of the time. Students will be able to take the activity buses home at 5:30.
It is now time to register for our second quarter athletics teams. Be sure to:
1. Register on-line
2. Have a sports physical on file (physicals are good for both 7th and 8th grade years)
3. Pay in the bookstore or on-line
The 2024-25 yearbook can now be purchased for pre-order. Key info:
- presale price $50.
- Presale ends Monday, January 27
- Tentative distribution day for presold books is Wednesday, May 14 during advisement
- Limited quantities for sale beginning Friday, May 16 at 8:30 am for $55 in the bookstore. No online orders allowed.
Once we sell out, we are out. Only way to guarantee a copy is to preorder.

Waterford Upstart, a free online Pre-K readiness program, teaches preschool-aged children basic skills they need in reading, math, and science to prepare them for success in kindergarten and beyond.
Marana Middle School girls' softball teams are dominating this season! Both the seventh and eighth grade teams won the Northwest League softball championship games!!
Parents of MUSD students are invited to attend the upcoming Johnson O'Malley IEC and Title VI IPC meetings hosted by MUSD's Student and Family Support Services on October 23, 2024.
