Preparation for High School
As a former high school campus we have amazing facilities for middle schoolers, plus offer a jump up on H.S. with high school credit options for Algebra, Geometry, and Spanish!
Robust Athletic Programs
Student athletes are welcome at MMS! We have the largest program in the Northwest League, with sports including football, track & field, soccer, basketball, and more.
Performing Arts & Electives
All Falcons participate in Visual and/or Performing Arts, Physical Education, or STEM electives daily. Students have opportunities to explore interests further and try new sports and activities!
Extracurricular Activities
Students can explore Career and Technical (CTE) classes including Agriculture, Yearbook, Multimedia, Culinary, and Family and Consumer Sciences, plus offerings including GEM, Enriched Core Four classes, PE, WEB and Student Leadership, and more!
5 Years of CCLC Classes!
MMS offers a wide range of CCLS class options from cooking and sewing to Weights and Cardio. Other favorites include “Wheel Fun” mountain biking, bird watching, and a partnership with Parks in Focus providing the basics of photography.

Are you planning on joining one of our Athletics teams throughout the year? If so, make sure that you know the process. All athletes must complete the registration process prior to the end of the registration period. This allows us to properly plan for the season and have our coaching staff ready to go for day one of practice!

Our 2026-27 Falcon Days will be held on Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28 from 8-4. Join us either day to complete the registration process.

Marana Middle School’s Falcon Camp will be held July 20–23, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day. This free four-day program is designed to help incoming 7th graders feel comfortable and prepared for middle school. Students will tour the campus, practice class transitions, meet future teachers, and build friendships with fellow Falcons. Breakfast, lunch, and transportation from most feeder schools will be provided.

Marana Unified School District is partnering with KVOA News 4 Tucson for a community-wide School Supply Drive, on Friday, July 17th at Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary School, to help ensure all Marana students have the tools they need for a successful school year.
