Preparation for High School
As a former high school campus we have amazing facilities for middle schoolers, plus offer a jump up on H.S. with high school credit options for Algebra, Geometry, and Spanish!
Robust Athletic Programs
MMS has the largest athletic program in the Northwest League - Last year, we had over 700 student athletes compete!
Performing Arts & Electives
100% of Marana Middle School students participate in Visual and/or Performing Arts, Physical Education, or STEM electives daily!
Extracurricular Activities
At least 80% of Marana Middle School students participate in at least one extracurricular activity (club, sport, youth group, etc.).
5 Years of CCLC Classes!
MMS offers a wide range of CCLC class options from cooking and sewing to “weights and cardio”. Other favorites include “Wheel Fun” mountain biking, bird watching and a partnership with Parks in Focus providing the basics of photography.

MUSD is partnering with MHC Healthcare and offering Smiles To Go, a full dentist office on wheels, serving all MUSD students ages 17 and under.

Every Wednesday in February, all MUSD schools are featuring “Walking Tacos,” made with The Walking Taco Doritos topped with Jennie-O Turkey Taco Meat and served with all the fixings by our amazing MUSD Cafes.

Join us THIS Wednesday, February 5 for our Future Falcon Night! Our night will begin at 6 pm with a presentation by our Admin team in our Auditorium. The presentation will be followed by three 20-minute sessions where families can choose what they would like to see.

Explore the world of acting through different techniques. Topics to include but not limited to: monologue, duet scene, improvisation, movement, stage make-up, Shakespeare etc.
