Inspiring a Passion for Photography: Mrs. Patton Visits Yearbook Class
A big thank you to Mrs. Rylee Patton (Davis) for visiting our Yearbook students today and sharing her journey beyond the classroom. Mrs. Patton recently completed her student teaching semester with Mrs. Susin Hall as part of her education program through the University of Arizona.
Mrs. Patton is a proud alumna of Marana Middle School and once sat in the same Yearbook class as our current students—back when she was a student in Mr. Hall’s program. Her passion for photography began here, and it only grew stronger. In high school, she received her first camera as a gift, which sparked a creative journey that turned into a successful side business. Over the years, she has captured moments from senior portraits to weddings and school dances.
During her visit, Mrs. Patton shared insights from her photography journey and encouraged students to deepen their knowledge of camera work. She inspired them to explore how their skills can grow beyond the classroom and potentially lead to creative and entrepreneurial opportunities in the future.
Thank you, Mrs. Patton, for coming full circle and giving back to the next generation of Falcons!
